How you speak to your children becomes their inner voice - Unknown -
I love children...particularly my own...naturally. They're just so real, uninhibited, honest and innocent. They teach without being equipped with knowledge of the 'real' world, they see life through windows of wonder. Their world is simple and logical without pretense or judgement, without the clutter of insecurity that creeps in through the tumultuous terror of adolescence. They go after what they want with relentless conviction, yes, with enough loud protest until they get what they're after...or not. If they're sad, they say it, if they've been hurt, there is no lack of qualm in making it known. In their uncomplicated minds, EVERYTHING is possible. As adults, somewhere along the corridors of confusion and misconception we get lost, sometimes hopelessly. So we go to 'find' ourselves when there really is no need. All that really needs to happen, in my opinion, is to reconnect with our inner child. The only way to do that, I believe, is to spend as much time as possible with little people who have big, sorry, gigantic beautiful souls.
Here's a special glimpse into their purity...
PLEASE NOTE: I am not a portrait photographer, these are just some images for fun of the little people who have a big chunk of my heart. I do not take bookings for family, new born, children or any other photographs involving people :)
