I've taken to trying to have house plants because I'm not very green-fingered believe it or not, so I'm trying my hand at this keeping plants alive thing. I bought myself some potted Gerbera Daisies a while back that are about to seed and die off. I check them every day and today I found something so beautifully magnificent on my pink ones that I could hardly believe it. A spider had obviously decided my plant was a good place to lay her eggs and the daisies were adorned spectacularly with the silk of hundreds of newly hatched spiderlings. We are surrounded by these brilliant miracles every single day...it doesn't take much to notice them or be deeply touched at the sheer profoundness of what a gift life is. Some, however, are empty souls beyond rescue and are sadly never touched by it.
How I see it...
I see, speak and write in metaphors because I feel there is much we can learn from nature, people and our surroundings as depicted in my photographs and why I enjoy sharing my thoughts. Not in any attempt to convince or convert you to my way of thinking, seeing or feeling but to share how I see and experience MY mind map of the world. You at no time have to agree, all I ask is that my views and the views of others who wish to express theirs are kindly respected. So relax, get comfy and just enjoy. Happy reading!
